MISSION PURPOSE:  The mission of American Baptist International Ministries is to glorify God in all the earth by crossing cultural boundaries to make disciples of Jesus Christ.

Led by the Holy Spirit and faithful to Scripture, we fulfill this purpose by:

• proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord;
• promoting the establishment, growth and maturing of churches;
• working toward God's Reign of justice, peace and abundant life;
• seeking the renewal of God's creation; and
• mobilizing American Baptists in mission.

We pursue these ends as an extension of American Baptist congregations that helps them to partner with churches and peoples around the world.
